Way too expensive. Too much starch, caused an allergic reaction

My first time using Puritan. I specifically asked for light starch and NO Crease and the pants had a ton of starch and a very deep crease , I didn’t realize till I got home.

It took almost 6 weeks to get item back. I was told it would take two weeks.
Doesnt even look my shirts are pressed . Too many wrinkles

The alteration shop on the few times I have tried to take advantage of it no one is in or either they are backed up.

Have been using Puritan for years. Only 1 complaint. Charge too much for linen!
