Returned my $800 suit with a hole in the pants and offered no solution - needless to say, I will not be giving Pride Cleaners any more business.
Lost my dress pants!! Dropped off my husbands pants to have a button sewn on and dry cleaned, they have no record! And the attitude when I called to inquire was nothing short of rude!
I used Pride Cleaners at the then Hen House to clean my wedding dress. This post applies to both Pride Cleaners at Woods Chapel where my dress was sent when the store closed, as well as their corporate office. They outsource wedding gowns to Arrow Fabricare, a company here in Kansas City.
