I have been using pride cleaners for my commercial business for the last couple of years and they are amazing!!! The staff is always friendly when I come in and always go above and beyond to help me out in any way they can. I love working with this store and I would highly recommend them!
I’ve been coming here for probably 12 years or more. They have always been helpful, dependable, and provide a high quality service. There were one or two incidents I recall in which articles of clothing had been damaged (burn marks or some artifacts from the machines) and they paid me the new, fair market price to replace the items. Considering I’ve likely been here 200 times or more over the years, this is a very good track record.
Have been a customer of the Lee’s Summit/Woods Chapel Rd. Pride Cleaners for years. Tracey remembers me and remembers what is important to me about my clothes. How refreshing!!
Love that they text us when cleaning is ready. Great to have emails for coupons. Fast turnaround, nice to have drive through service. Employees are friendly.
Thadius is very kind, excellent customer service, and extremely friendly. He is extremely efficient as well. The manager could take a lesson from him on friendliness and customer service.
