I only use this dry cleaning location because it is close to my house. Over the last 10 years the customer service is has slowly gone downhill and they are always in a hurry now. The receipt they give out to come pick up your clothes has no details on it as to how many items you are leaving. Several years ago an alteration took weeks to get back and this went on for a while but seems to have improved . No one calls now to let me know when it actually is back. The drive-thru service is great. They were quick to clean my several work shirts, even having them ready before the date I asked. The staff is friendly and efficient and the pricing was very reasonable. Exactly what I was looking for.

The service was excellent. I went to the Pride Cleaners off Woods Chapel Road and the woman who works there is fabulous. She works very hard and I hope that she gets recognized for all she does.

I love this location. Steady reliable employees during the day - attentive and easy to get any issues resolved without hassles. They do a good job at a fair price. Like the convienence of staying in your vehicle and after hours drop off . Open Sunday's as well which is a great help .

My friend and I have used Pride Cleaners many times. They do a great job on clothing. Today I waited patiently in the drive thru line to ask if I could purchase one plastic bag for a travel situation. The employee told a bold face lie stating "We don't have any plastic bags" WTH!! The ladies clothes in front of me were in a plastic bag. Every order we've paid an exhorbant amount for was in a plastic bag. RUINED my Super Bowl chiefs jersey. First time I've ever even gotten anything dry cleaned! Going back up there tomorrow to demand some kind of refund, although it prob won't happen. Blood is boiling.

I have been using Pride for a few years. It is super expensive and pricing seems to have increased without notification. They are not very transparent with pricing. I have NEVER been offered the opportunity to get coupons after all of these years and all of the money that I have spent... I pay to be a member of the discount club but I honestly feel slighted. Pride should find a way to consistently give back to faithful customers. We have to iron all of my husband's pants when they are returned. It's not worth it.
