The absolute WORST experience my husband dropped a pair of his jeans off that were 80 dollars to get them cleaned for a trip. He's only worn these jeans maybe 2 times. These jeans are now faded and ruined. THANK YOU PRIDE CLEANERS. I could have washed these jeans myself and did a better job.

So I went on vacation for a week and while I was gone I dropped off 2 pairs of dress pants to be hemmed up at the bottom and didn't think it would be a big deal (takes 3-5 days). When I got back I picked them up looked fine. When I got home I realized each pair was folded with a crease differently. One had the crease along the seam the other one down the front...not really a big deal but still! Took a year off of coming hear because of several months of bad service. First time back all the shirts I ordered folded are on hangers! I am a slow learner the place still sucks at customer service. Then I had to pay $66.00 for around 7 basic articles of clothing. Terrible in every sense of the word and not improving at all. Avoid if at all possible.
