I thought I was missing an item from my dry cleaning. I asked the attendant if they could do a search. It had been over a month since I had dropped it off. I gave them the brand name; they told me when it was last picked up. I found The shirt and told the attendant how much I appreciated them thoroughly looking into the matter. Good customer service.

The service is always extraordinary. The folks there are courteous, considerate and clearly experts at what they do. I took a couple of garments in that I ahead long thought were beyond salvage. They listened, provided some insights to the cause of the damage and then resurrected both items. Very grateful

Don't take your silk here!!! The people were really nice, especially the red-headed lady at pick-up today. It's a fast turn around, the drive through is convenient & we had a huge order. I shoulda gone accross town to my old guy on Troost though because Lord have mercy, they TOTALLY messed up one of my nicest blouses. The soft sleekness of the silk is gone and it feels like crepe. I think they cleaned it too hot. I'm actually kinda sad about it because I have small children so I can't have nice things, even when I try.

First time using Pride Cleaners, and it met my expectations. Fair price , great job with my clothes and ready on time. Will use them again.
