I thought I was missing an item from my dry cleaning. I asked the attendant if they could do a search. It had been over a month since I had dropped it off. I gave them the brand name; they told me when it was last picked up. I found The shirt and told the attendant how much I appreciated them thoroughly looking into the matter. Good customer service.
