I thought I was missing an item from my dry cleaning. I asked the attendant if they could do a search. It had been over a month since I had dropped it off. I gave them the brand name; they told me when it was last picked up. I found The shirt and told the attendant how much I appreciated them thoroughly looking into the matter. Good customer service.
Wonderful staff, and our drycleaning is always returned quickly in great condition.
The clerk that took care of my order was very nice and friendly and also never having to get out of your car (dropping off or picking up your order) is just icing on the cake !
They do a great job and the clothes are always ready when they say they will be and they communicate effectively. Recommended!
The red head lady is super sweet and nice!!I wish I remembered her name because it was worth remembering!! I will get her name next time because of her I will only go to your dry cleaner!!
