Excellent service. They even have a drive through for picking up the dry cleaning. My clothes are always cleaned superbly. They are open till late on weekends. Kind of surprised at all the negative reviews on yelp. We have been using them for over 2 years and have never been disappointed.

I showed up at 3:02 and the lady refused to take my bag. She walked to the window and pointed to the sign that says 3 pm. It's two minutes past and she's there. It was a drop off/pick up.... The usually lady who has been there for years would have helped me and is so friendly and helpful.

I had a very nice wool sport coat that I dropped off to be cleaned with my Tuxedo on Monday October 24th. When I picked them up I thought I was given someone else's order. My wool sport coat was shrunken so much that I thought it wasn't my coat. I called Pride and the call went to their Voicemail. I decided to go back to the store and show them the damage. I was told a manager would contact me the next day. I recieved no call so I went back Thursday. While I was there the clerk called the manager and had the call on the sp... read more

The absolute WORST experience my husband dropped a pair of his jeans off that were 80 dollars to get them cleaned for a trip. He's only worn these jeans maybe 2 times. These jeans are now faded and ruined. THANK YOU PRIDE CLEANERS. I could have washed these jeans myself and did a better job.
