Great lady at the desk at the Merchants Dr. Knoxville, Tennessee location. She was so lovely and patient. When I went to pickup my daughter’s prom dress and shawl, it was immaculate and wrapped , tied with a red ribbon. The two gentlemen working Saturday evening, wished my daughter a great evening ♥️
