Best staff and cleaners in Knoxville. My pea coat had succumbed to the ravages of a week of snow and needed to be freshened up before a trip in two days. I dropped off the coat after noon on Wednesday and it was ready before COB Thursday. Outstanding service!

The business is accessible from road. Drop off was quickly and professionally received. I have no clue the best way to launder a few of my higher priced items. I do know I would destroy a few. Personnel know which to use. The casual or higher other priced (to me) always turn out great by Prestige. The clothing is ready for the cruise. No buttons were lost on the pearl buttoned shirt blouse. I promptly received a text when they were ready.
