I had a bad experience with them because when I submitted my security pants there they didn’t tell me that the price changed from $5 to $7. They can always change their prices to $7, $10, $15 but they should tell the customer in advance, not at the time when the customer picks up the item. When they asked me for $7 instead of $5, I was very surprised. They are not honest people. I stopped going there.
This cleaners is always so upbeat and smiling. I have been going to them for probably over 40 years. You can’t go wrong if you use them. I’ve never had a problem.
No complaint about the quality of work. That was very good. But…Insanely expensive. Triple the price. I’m outta there.
$21.50 to dry clean a suit is outrageous!
