I like best Nancy and all employees because they are thinking of best interest of customers, treat everyone as friends, and are efficient. One thing I would like is to reduce and eventually eliminate use of plastic over time, in order to reduce plastic in environment, in animals, fish, humans. Thank you, John Maitino

I brought in a pants suit to be hemmed and the hemming could not look any more professional or finished. Very impressed with the staff and the seamstress both in her fitting suggestions and work. Thank you Polo.
I dropped off my clothes and asked that a $5 coupon be added. Cashier said she would add to order. When I got my order back, no $5 off and one of my laundered shirts was dry cleaned instead and charged slimiest double for it. The good thing is that I got credit for next time, but not sure why my my discount card was not touched when I asked. Thanks.

Lynda, Sorry for oversight by the counterperson on the vip card discount. That has to be punched and then inputted in the system every time and obviously she forgot. I assure you not on purpose. As for the shirt dry cleaned, some shirts cannot be laundered and put on the hot press as it will ruin them. I am not sure about the shirt in question but if you like let the staff know to launder your shirts no matter what.
