Worst customer service ever. Up until now we’ve been happy satisfied customers, unfortunately that ended today. My husband stop in after shopping in the local market. He used most of his cash on food. He had one Check just one, he gave the girl at the counter two pick up receipts, he then asked her how much. He wrote the check out for the amount she , told him. Very disappointing experience. Used Beasleys for 10 + years and have had 3 do'overs as well as broken zippers, lost items, and major mistakes.
I am lost, you all come to 547 Emerald Bay, Laguna Beach, on a regular schedule unless the owner is out of town. However, if you wish to give me $10 worth of free cleaning, be my guest. Thanks, Marci
