I recently dropped off a pile of clothes at Polo Cleaners! Having just moved, many of the articles were wrinkled beyond recognition, stained and in need of repair. The manager was so nice to go through each garment and note the problems. Even my husband's shirts looked yellow. The best part - I picked everything up a few days later and they were impeccable! Shirts white again! Stains gone! Pressed perfectly. Thanks Polo! You did an amazing job. Catherine
your work is really bad you hang a stiker on the hanger and on the stiker ( sorry we try it but we can't clean the spot ) you are very expensive and your work is not worted also your employer is so rude
There is nothing to make this right. I brought my $700 dress that I was going to wear to my daughter's wedding next week to your seamstress, and she absolutely ruined it. It is beyond repair. She didn't get it right the first, second or third time, and each time she made it worse. I had to quickly find and buy another dress, another $500 dollars. So, unless you want to reimburse me for the first dress, you can not make it right.
The first time I came in to pick up my Santa suit, I asked how much I owed you. Your response was, “nothing, it’s on the house. You’re Santa. 🧑🎄 I was overwhelmed and became an instant lifetime customer. Over the years, I have come to find out that most everyone I know in San Juan uses you too.
Super disappointed! Was sold a “discount card” in my neighborhood. First time drop off was for 11 men’s shirts to be LAUNDERED only with no starch. and had a 50% off coupon. Was charged $107 for 11 mens shirts “dry cleaned” at $9.95 each. Will not be returning here again. Use caution when using these guys.
After using a different cleaners , I decided to return to Polo. The service is fine and the cleaning results are fine. However I find the prices ridiculous! I sent napkins to be laundered… no starch. I was charged basically $10 per napkin! I had a bill for $80. I was told that because they were linen it was an extra $1.50 per napkin. I Won’t be returning … I find that insulting.

I brought in designer suits that had serious humidity stains that had gone into the fibers. I had to sign a waiver because it was doubtful they could be removed. But Ivan and the team did it! The stains are so diminished , only I know where they were. Outstanding work and delightful people to work with!
