Esther is always so friendly whenever we need anything. Just the other day right before closing when she must have been so tired, she was still so chipper and just really sweet. Who does that, nowadays?? I cannot say enough good stuff about her. She never acts like you are just a number and that is a quality, that I most admire in her. I had a credit card issue (my fault) and she took care of it very smoothly so that the service was not interrupted. Pilgrims Cleaners is at a very convenient location. I would bring my hubb's work attire to cleaned, our bedding and even a backpack to be stitched up. The service was great too. But sadly, we will NOT be back. I brought my daughter's school cheer uniform (top, sleeves, skirt and jacket)to be cleaned two weeks BEFORE she needed it for UCA Cheer Camp. They They LOST her uniform skirt. They have apologized and offered to pay for it...after I order a new skirt, purchase it myself, then file a report. I understand that we all ma... read more
