I couldn't be more pleased with the service I receive at your store on South Shore Harbor. The manager of this store is very professional and has an exceptional caring personality. I look forward to seeing and visiting with her.
We were told the clothes would be ready in the evening the next day. When I came to pick them up, the truck had been late so I came back in 30 minutes to hear that there would be no delivery till the next morning. I also requested a zipper to be fixed and when I got the jeans I realized the zipper had not been fixed.
Repaired my torn item to like new status!!

Service was wonderful! I had a borrowed dress cleaned by your company, so although I haven't had any opportunity to wear it or for the one I borrowed the dress from to wear it, I was impressed by the "look" of it. I thought the price was pretty steep but wanted a high-rated cleaners to take care of it.
My clothes were cleaned and pressed very well. Also Esther provided excellent customer service. She is helping with an issue I had with a piece getting damaged. She really wants to make sure her customers have a good experience and will return.
Esther and all employees are so friendly and helpful. And my clothes are well taken care of.
On time, pleasant people, appreciate discounts.
