There is only ONE reason that I use Pilgrims. It certainly isn’t the prices because you’re definite higher than other stores. It’s the personalized customer service that I receive from the Manager, Elizabeth. She’s remarkable and ALWAYS willing to help. If you are not paying her at least $50/hour then Pilgrim’s is receiving a bargain. It is really hard to find great help so do what you can to retain her as an employee.
