Always a good experience. Clothing returned in a timely fashion carefully cleaned, gently pressed and suitably hung. Always available to address any issues.
My two white pants wasn’t ready on the due date. Two ladies found them without ironed. They ironed themselves b/c the staffs were gone. One lenin pants had little spots left. She apologized and told me next time clean it free of charge. Well, I brought back after week or so but there were no note of such thing. Generally I’m satisfied.
We use them all the time and are happy with their service.
