Your service is so excellent! When I moved to LA from NYC, I was concerned that I would never be able to find a dry cleaner as good as the service I used for many years. I was wrong…Perfect Cleaners is just that…perfect! Professional,, careful inspection, returned like new…the garments are never over-pressed.. Five star caliber work on delicate designer clothes.

Went in to Perfect Cleaners on Pico Blvd. to have a suit altered. The tailor was late in finishing the work. A week later he still hadn't started on it. Finally when I got it the quality was horrible. The lining inside the sleeves had huge gaps and was hanging loose. I spoke with the tailor and he said. "It was fine". The clerk said I had to pay full price for it and was rude. I asked to speak to the owner and she said he was not available. I asked her to call the owner and she said he wouldn't pick up the phone...... read more
Pillow was to be repaired and delivered. I waited almost two weeks after being told that on a Friday two weeks earlier it would be delivered to Le Parc. I went to cleaners and computer was down. After waiting g 30 min they found the pillow and retrieved it.
