Pillow was to be repaired and delivered. I waited almost two weeks after being told that on a Friday two weeks earlier it would be delivered to Le Parc. I went to cleaners and computer was down. After waiting g 30 min they found the pillow and retrieved it.
Brought in toddler’s outfit with Easter egg dye down the front, only wanted them to wash it, as I had no illusions of getting said dye out but didn’t want to chance ruining our washer and dryer! When I picked it up and took a look the dye was completely removed from all outfit items and when I stated my surprise the desk worker stated they worked in it a bit and were able to get it all out!
After we found out why it took so long I think we solved the problem. If I’m correct I leave my bag on tuesdays and you return clothes on Friday. Is that correct.
rude unhelpful service person no sense of customer service kept on repeating increased pricing policies in a hostile manner will never go back -- offered no discounts and understandable reasons for differing price structure(customer over 15 yrs)
They attempted to fix a small moth hole and ruined my Prada shirt. They should have sent to a specialist or told me that this isn’t their specialty. They never took responsibility

Last Wednesday I supposedly picked up 7 items and when I separated them at home only 6 were there. I called the store immediately, talked to the lady who waited on me, and reported the loss of a pair of Lands End beige pants. I have yet to receive a response. RobertKlein
The customer service is excellent and my clothes are cleaned in a timely fashion. The reason I scored this lower is that I have to get my new shirts altered after they are cleaned 1-2 times They get stretched out to a point that they no longer fit appropriately. I'm on my 11th shirt for this process and its expensive to have the sleeve length and body of the shirt altered especially when they are new shirts.
Missing a Ellen Tracy blouse which was supposed to be ready Friday, checked back on Saturday your staff still couldn't locate. I told them I would check my closet to make sure I had'nt picked it up and then called to tell them that you still must have my blouse and was told the manager was coming in two hours and they would call me back, but so far I have not heard from anyone.
