DO NOT GET YOUR DRY CLEANING DONE HERE. I have footage of perfect cleaners picking up the items of mine, which they say they never received (CCTV luckily doesn't lie). All of the items never came back, and instead of having help, I have been ringing for weeks and being told 'the manager is on lunch' and 'we don't have them'. They are liable fully for all items as they picked them up, but refuse to call me back and are extremely rude telling me 'the police will do nothing' when I told them I was making a report. BEWARE Prices charged aren't prices listed and lady at the front desk argued with me like it’s her business she is protecting. I paid $26 extra and was not ethically informed of the additional fees. Very strange women would just not take my complaint and have the manager call me, simple request!!!!

It’s disappointing when explicit dry cleaning instructions and best methods are not followed. On my last visit I left clothing for dry cleaning — specifically requesting that all clothing, including 5 dress shirts, were to be dry cleaned to care for small soiled spots. I asked for dry clean and they did regular machine wash and ruined my clothes.

Was baited in with a please come do business here with a 20% discount. Brought 10 of my favorite pieces. Was denied discount upon pickup and nasty girl at counter refused to honor even when showed the email and explained I’m a loyal customer for 5 years. Left angry and won’t be back.
