This cleaners is the best, every time i go to LA, they always deliver
I brought wool Stella McCartney cropped pants that had moth holes (not sure how that happened) - needed reweaving. Picked them up on Saturday - they were saved! The reweaving thread is slightly darker than the pants, which are light grey, but I think they will be OK. Great job - thanks!
The driver is very responsible and polite
Walter is excellent. He is personal with each customer's needs.
They are very friendly and nice people. The only thing I wish is that the general windows of time are shorter. I realize they can call you, but still 3 hrs is a pretty big window. As well, I don't feel comfortable just having a pick up, generally I have a lot of asks -- such as be careful of the shell buttons, things with a stain, alterations/repairs etc. I like the people in the store and trust them to get the instructions right.
