So far my experience has been good at perfect cleaners. The last visitswas a bit off, but they made it right with no trouble. The gentleman who checked me in for last order seemed preoccupied. First he had a count of 3 items vs 7 and my coupon was was not applied at drop off. Luis said he would apply credit. Thank you! In past orders, I appreciate how someone will call to talk about certain stains and if ok to proceed.

My experience has been good overall. I ran into a rude customer on Sunday morning, but the person at the counter was polite and was effective in diffusing the woman's diatribe! I like your store. I have gone to Pico Cleaners for 25 years, but frankly, they have raised their prices substantially and you do a comparable job and you are less money. That's it in a nutshell.

The staff is always willing to help you with special requests to your order. Their work is outstanding and they can always give you very quick service. As a long time customer I find Perfect Cleaners to be perfect in everyway as well as all the employees especially Maria and Jose.
Walter is excellent. He always comes on schedule for pick-up and delivery, and has accommodated us when we've needed him to come a little later, for example. When I've dropped items off in the shop, the counter staff is very courteous. I've had things altered there also, and have been very satisfied w/ that service as well.
I'm a happy, loyal customer who won't go anywhere else :)

I just moved here and looked for a dry cleaner with good ratings so I thought I would contribute. Perfect cleaners was courteous and friendly, they cleaned my suits and designer shirts to perfection, (and one had a nasty stain) they offered free delivery and had them done on time. Couldn't ask for more than that. And they have a parking lot which is a big convenience in LA. A Plus!
