I have had to bring my suite jackets and my Coat there going on three times because there is been a communication or lack of follow up with the alteration company that Peerless does business with. Brought in two shirts, one of the shirts had a spot on the front, she acknowledged it and said we would take care of it. I picked up the shirts and when I got him I put them away only to find the spot still there. Normally I receive a notice saying you could not get the spot out. No such note. So now I wonder if it was looked at , at all. I live an hour away so running Down to have it taken car of is a waste of my time and gas.

Way to expensive
When I attempted to pick up my dry cleaning, the clerk said that the computer was frozen and that I would have to come back later. The total is on the ticket and I offered to pay cash for over the amount so that I would not have to make a second trip. I had to make a second trip. The irony of the situation was that even though the computer was frozen, I was able to just leave my new order to be cleaned.

I dropped off a suit on Friday morning to have it cleaned and ready for Sunday performance. I received a notification that it was ready for pick up Friday afternoon, so I went and got it. This evening, when I got it out of the bag to get it ready, I noticed that the pocket handkerchief that originally came with the suit was missing. Belma, so sorry to hear that your handkerchief was misplaced. More than likely it will be returned to you. Most times the customers remove these as they didn't want them cleaned when they drop off the suit. Our employees probably pulled it out and it is either at our office or returned to the store. Someone from our staff will be getting a hold of you to get this cleared up.
Going on a trip and wanted tops washed n starched. Paid extra for expedited service. Starching was not done and that is the main point of giving tops to u. Ur personnel kept saying “we understand”. Who cares if u understand but do nothing.

Awful won’t go here again. Starched collar wrong and gave me someone else’s dry cleaning, if I wouldn’t have said something I would have walked out with someone else’s dry cleaning.
