You have already refused to give me any relief on charging me $35 to totally ruin a comforter and then refused to even reimburse me for the $35 let alone making an accommodation on the destroyed bedding. So I am out...with my small volume of business, I will not hurt you but I will never use you again
I brought in my wedding dredd to be dry cleaned ,pressed and preserved. And the buttons on the back weren't cleaned. No staff opened the dress to inspect, so didn't realize into days after I was home. I'm in a neck brace due to a life-threatening auto accident with brain injury ,multiple other injuries and I'm unable to lift up anything over 10lbs. It would've been very helpful to inspect the dress beforehand. Is there anyway to make this right?

I dropped of my clothes today, she told me my clothes wouldn't be ready until Thursday mind you today is friday....i think thats a long time but good customer service

Latisha thank you for your feedback. We do take a little longer on some things and the weather has certainly made things a bit more difficult. We had to shut down the plant one day which threw off the production. Normally we don't have any issues.
I bought a used gliding rocker and took the back and seat cushions in to be cleaned. Cost me $40! I looked up replacing cushions and would be about the same. Wish I had just bought a new rocker.
