I asked for my blouses to be sized heavy..They were very limp and the colars would not stand up and just layed down at the neck.

Always ☆☆☆☆☆ in the past. Great employees. Change of heart when tols u couldn't have 3 items available in less than 4 workdays (as done upun requsst in past) but then was told u could IF I paid a 10% surcharge. I refused. Ss it turns out clothes were available in 2 days. Seemed like a shake down to me. Your employees & customers deserve better. Also, have u ever thought of replacing wacky days w/likes of x shirts or pants get 1 free?

Steve, thank you for your comments on Wacky Wednesday. We will most likely be changing some things after the first of the year. As far as the 10% surcharge, we don't have one. We do have a rush charge (.50 per garment) which it comes back same day or next day depending on when it is brought in. We don't believe in shakedowns and try to give the best service possible. The lady that was at the store when I dropped off my suit was very nice, the lady that was at the store when I picked up my suit just complained that so many people came in the store 15 minutes before closing time.

Service was good, but I believe $58 is outrageous to charge for leather dry cleaning.

Lisa, thank you for the review. We know that seems high, but there is a lot that goes into cleaning leather garments. They are expensive to begin with and with the proper cleaning, they will last a very long time.
Could have been better if we could have come to a deal where i get a better discount on a uniform (shirt/ pant) combination. I was guaranteeing you 30 shirts and pants weekly and the best deal you could cut me was $0.25 off the combo? Not worth my time ill continue to shop around. Im worth more than $0.125 cents off of my shirt and likewise for pants.
This was the second time in three visits that my article of clothing was not clean. When I drop off my jacket, I showed person at peerless The food on the sleeve of my jacket. When I picked it up it was not completely clean. I had to put in for re-cleaning, this was the second time in my last three visits this happened. I’m not sure what else I need to do to make sure they clean things the right way-frustrating.
