Brought 5 pieces to be cleaned and pressed Monday afternoon... one navy blazer, a two piece gray suit and two knock ties. I was told they would be done Thursday afternoon. When I arrived to pick up the cleaning only the blazer and two ties were done and available for pickup. The two piece was done but it was still at the Warrendale location. I paid for the 3 pieces and traveled to Warrendale to get the remainder of the order (no charge). It seems for how small the franchise seems to be they should operate more efficientl... read more
