I recently needed a table scarf cleaned. When I dropped it off I was asked when I needed it. I did not have a urgent need, but the clerk informed me that they were not able to have it ready in time for Thanksgiving. This was fine with me and I appreciated the courtesy. I received an email when my item was ready. My grandmother's linen table scarf with silk embroidery was perfect!
