My experience with Michelle as the service manager has always been outstanding . She is very knowledgeable , courteous and customer friendly . My dry cleaning is always done on time and in the manner intended .
Always ready when promised. Have NEVER had to return an item because they couldn’t get a spot or stain cleaned. Very pleased with Owl Cleaners. I have left several cleaners because of the poor dry cleaning service.
