Friendly staff and job was done on time.
Brought 5 pieces to be cleaned and pressed Monday afternoon... one navy blazer, a two piece gray suit and two knock ties. I was told they would be done Thursday afternoon. When I arrived to pick up the cleaning only the blazer and two ties were done and available for pickup. The two piece was done but it was still at the Warrendale location. I was very pleased with the service I received from Danette when I had her clean my daughter's bridal gown. I found her to be knowledgeable, responsive and pleasant. I felt that she genuinely cared about properly handling the dress and I trusted leaving it with her. She did an excellent job.
Very personable. Remembered my name and my son's name after I had been in there once. Prompt service. E-mail notifications that order is ready very convenient.
