Everything was excellent! Stopped in on a Saturday as I needed to get pants hemmed for a wedding. The ladies at the Wexford location were very informative about the process and turnaround time. Mentioned the seamstress worked out of the Cranberry Township location as well, which would be easier to get to after work. Dropped my product off and they finished a day earlier than expected. They fit perfectly! Every employee that I interacted with was very professional and kind.

I dropped off a large comforter that required dry cleaned only on Tuesday July 11th. Was given an estimated completion date of July 26th. Well, to my surprise, got an email that it was finished. Now that's FAST! Plus it seemed like a good price. If I ever have any dry cleaning or alterations, I'm going to Owl Cleaners.

We were quoted $24 upon arrival but when we picked up the payment was $42. Price is irrelevant, but the misinformation up front was not ideal.

Hi ----We did find out that a quote was procured for a "dress" --- it was actually a gown which requires a higher price; We let you know that we had credited your account for $10 as a courtesy. Sorry for the confusion.
Ron does an excellent job. not a fan of the emails asking me every week what day I want a pick up. and the link does not work in order to respond. I let Ron know that every Friday is good with me unless I tell him different.

everything is great. I just miss the text messages reminding me that we had a pick up today. I was away for three weeks and did reply N to the previous text messages, so perhaps there is a default that stops sending them after a certain period. We are back

I love your friendly & competent services, but my job has gotten more casual dress and I don’t wear my suits or clothes that need dry cleaning very often anymore. I stopped using Giant Eagle because they don’t recycle hangers and I don’t like that useless waste. I have/will regularly use your seamstress/alterations service. Please keep up the good work and I will not use any other cleaner/alterations service! Thank you for the 50% off coupon.
