I looked at the reviews online for this place and thought I’d give it a try. I brought in my 7 Tommy Bahamas shirts before non on Wednesday and was told they would be ready Friday after 5:00 PM. I arrive Friday after 5:00 PM only to find out they were not ready yet and that they may still be in the truck. I waited an hour until I finally went back and asked if they had received my clothes. 3 of my shirts were hanging and ready, the four others still missing. After waiting another 30 minutes. Terrible customer service. Greeted with an eye roll and was treated like an annoyance because employee working stated she had to "search through all of the clothes" to find my garments. I won't be returning.
Stain not removed, no fault of yours
I was charged $8 for a man’s shirt because it had a button on the chest pockets without informing me! Interestingly there was another shirt the same in the bundle I dropped off that was not charged $8! So obviously I’m not a happy customer.
I left 2 pairs of men’s pants for dry-cleaning, clearly marked with a sign requesting a front pleat when pressing, which is a standard request as we are regular long-term customers. On pick up 1 pair was pleated and 2nd pair was pressed flat. This is not the first time instructions were not followed.
