While my “water spot” stain was removed (I’d hand washed & it had dried w a water line)….it took a whole week longer than I was told, plus cost me $2 more than I’d been told. They said that they’d call if there was a problem, so I arrived in a timely fashion because I’d not received a call. Originally, I was willing to pay more to have this cleaned w/you because I love this top & one of my clients uses your company, so I figured it'd be worth it. Very expensive cost came back pilled and worn…even after I asked staff if they could handle with care.

First I dropped off my cleaning over a month ago. 2pieces. 1 pair of slacks 1sweater which needed a small repair. I was told that the repair would take about 4weeks and I agreed. The slacks were cleaned overnight and were supposed to be delivered next day but were left at the wrong address. An old one that I personally changed at the shop. Finally they were found after a few days. I noticed I was charged $25 for cleaning! I thought maybe that was for both. Cashier when I dropped off was very unfriendly and I asked her to be sure collars on items were buttoned up not lapels pressed open. Guess what... when I picked up lapels were pressed open. $25 for Press only items as they were recently purchased and unworn Pick up cashier also very unfriendly. Probably my last visit!

Took a perfect and expensive cream silk shirt to be cleaned. 5 days later I was told it was not ready. After 9 days I was given a shirt covered in reddish brown stains. I pointed out that the shirt didn’t look like that when I brought it in. I was told that it must have been that way. I left the shirt with them 10 days ago expecting to hear from the manager quickly but have heard nothing. The shirt is completely unwearable.
