Pick up was as promised. Returned clothing were excellently cleaned. They were all on hangers and covered in plastic. They were returned on date promised. I had mentioned that I was having these things cleaned because we were heading north to my Mother-in-laws funeral. The woman (sorry to not remember her name) was very caring. The real amazing thing was when we returned there was a Sympathy card in our mail signed with a little note from each of their employees!What a wonderful gesture. It was so thoughtful. My wedding dress is back to restoration! Beautiful box it’s in so I can view the dress. Came with gloves just in case I need to open the box, and the instructions was very helpful
