Just a little disappointed that an ink stain on the cotton rug I had cleaned was not treated, but partly my fault since I failed to note the stain when I sent the rug in.

Another cleaner pressed out the box pleats on a dress for my sons wedding. It looked horrible. I brought it to Oceanside and they brought my dress back to life. The pleats were done to perfection. Claire, the wedding specialist kept me informed and kept a close eye on my dress through the whole process.

Pick up was as promised. Returned clothing were excellently cleaned. They were all on hangers and covered in plastic. They were returned on date promised. I had mentioned that I was having these things cleaned because we were heading north to my Mother-in-laws funeral. The woman (sorry to not remember her name) was very caring. The real amazing thing was when we returned there was a Sympathy card in our mail signed with a little note from each of their employees!What a wonderful gesture. It was so thoughtful.
