I dropped off my items to be dry cleaned in the bag they had provided and they were ready when promised. They also corrected some account profile data that was incorrect due to my recent move (the computer system stubbornly did not want to change it but the staff were persistent and got it changed). I’ve been a very satisfied customer for over 10 years.
