Oceanside was very accommodating in my time of need. David asked if I could arrive early the next morning when the staff would be on board and they should be able to assist me. I arrived around 6:50am and the had my item ready by 7:28. Oceanside you rock!!!

The intake process the website was easy to understand - the website explained everything. I submitted my form online and the next morning a very lovely professional customer service rep called to welcome us. Alan arrived as promised the following day for our weekly pick up with a welcome gift. He cheerfully explained Oceanside's pick up and delivery process. Oceanside's staff Genuinely made me feel valued as their customers and that they are proud of the work they do and services they provide.
