Great service with a smile at both drop off and pick up!
I brought in a large comforter and mentioned a stain that I didn't think would come out. The clerk made no promises but was helpful, acknowledged the stain, requested that I sign the waiver and processed my transaction in only a few minutes. When I returned to pick up the comforter I was pleased to see that the stain could not be completely removed (I didn't expect that it could be) but was significantly less visible. The clerk when I dropped off my dry cleaning was helpful and courteous. My clothes were laundered and pressed wonderfully.
I took my wedding dress there to get cleaned In July 2016.. When I went to pick it up they were missing part of it and the beads and jewels are loose and falling off. I told them I did not want it back until it's all together and they fix the jewels which were not lose when I took it there. I have called 4 times now and get told they still have not found the other piece to my dress and they aren't sure if the jewels have been fixed or not!! Very convenient and easy process. The only way to improve would be to provide an itemized receipt each time. I see the charge on my card, but do not know what I paid for or received.
I was told that the hem on a pair of work dress pants could be done in house (by the seamstress who was present at the time), I checked in advance before leaving them there, because if they had to be sent out, I was going to take it else where because of the longer wait. So it was supposed to be ready for pick up the next day as I received confirmation the day before...which is the only reason I left my dress pants there. I stopped in to pick up a pair of pants that you broke the button on and they were not ready. I left them before for the same issue and came to get them and only one of the two missing buttons had been replaced so I left them again. I am having increasing issues with picking up my items and getting home only to find buttons are missing/broken on shirts and pants. I now make a point of checking them before I leave the store and I do not feel that I should have to do that.
The lady that works the front counter was amazing. I'll come back just for her service. I can't say enough about it. When i first came she was so patient and spoke to my infant son that was in my backseat (that alone showed me how engaged she was). When i came to pick up my clothes the AMAZING customer service continued. I just moved to hewitt and i was looking for a dry cleaner that was in town instead of driving all the way back into waco.
