I have had items damaged in the past and now TWO ITEMS have been lost. My fault for going back but it seems all cleaners in Waco are owned by this company and I don’t have a choice.
Your app has not been working as expected. Not text notices last 3-4 trips. Last job was done on July 1st. Was not texted.

I asked for a service that was not provided then told to go to the store I bought the shirt from. Maybe they could help.
Had comforter cleaned was returned in a nice bag pulled out and was wrinkled and material inside was lumpy.
I am the spiritual owner of the dry cleaners in the state of Texas and I am being forced to pay for the cleaning of my clothes. That must not happen. It is NOT up to manager discretion but rather the discretion of the owner. This must stop right now. Amen.
I asked for heavy starch but soon as I got to my sons graduation my clothes had no crease and looked completely awful and ruined all my memorable photos
First, I was initially told that my Letterman jacket be ready by Friday afternoon after dropping it off on Wednesday. When I arrived on Friday afternoon, my jacket was not ready & I was told it would be on Monday afternoon. When I arrived on Monday to pick it up, my jacket still wasn't complete. The place then rush steamed my jacket & now it feels as if my jacket has shrunk & can no longer move my arm nor snap my buttons while wearing it. They also charged me full price with a delay & damage done to my jacket.
Nu-Tone is the best dry cleaner I have ever used. I have lived in many big cities in the United States and can confidently say we are fortunate to have such a professional service to care for our clothes in Waco.
