both young ladies who attended my needs were wonderful with wide smiles and welcoming as well as helpful and honest about the time it would take to have my shoes repaired and making sure I was pleased with the job prior to my departure with the repaired shoes. I'll be back. The flurry of email was not necessary...but understood and appreciated. Nice customer service/followup on the sale.
Pricey. But overall really great service with a quick turnaround.
My dry cleaning took two weeks to return to me. I called the driver and he was able to locate my laundry and returned the next day. However, this was my first experience with the delivery service.
The employee's ,here on Grinstead, have been very polite and very courteous. Thank you all !

I have been using Nu-Yale pickup and delivery service for the past three years. They are always on time and deliver a very professional product. I am extremely happy with their service.
My experience has not been good the past year or so. My clothes are not as neatly done; I am not able to confirm that I am being billed correctly; the cost has continued to increase; and my wife has yet to recover a top she put in with my cleaning over a year ago. This top was purchased by me in Vegas and was not inexpensive not too mention it is not easily replaced. Overall I am not very satisfied and three stars is a stretch.

I've had your service ever since I moved to Louisville in May 2014. I live at Fleur de Lis, and have my clothes picked up and delivered to my door. Your work has been excellent and timely, and even when clothes weren't ready to be delivered because of processing issues, you have made the effort to bring them when asked. I'm paying for top quality service and you are providing it.
