My overall experience was fantastic!! I felt like I paid more overall for the dry cleaning of three items but the service was extraordinary. At this location they have a drive thru. I never left my car. I got a message letting me know my order was complete and how much I owed. Plus I received a bag with my name on it for future orders. It was great and I will return!!!

lady at the counter was very nice. And, efficient. She found my order(which was correct) promptly. Was very pleasant. Transaction took just a few moments. Only reason the rating is 4 rather than 5 is because prices are so high. And, they keep going up. Also, could you be careful about starch in the shirts? I ask for light. Sometimes, it's a tad heavier.
The employees are so helpful. I picked up my order but it was missing one piece. Before I could get out of the driveway she found the piece and ran down the driveway to catch us. I really appreciate this because it prevented me from having to make an extra trip back to pick this piece up.
