Rug looks much better, but you were unable to get rid of smell from cat pee--not surprisingly! I have used your cleaners for coats, etc in the past and will continue to do so.
You won my business from Highland Cleaners. I have been a Highlands customer for over 15 years and started looking around because their service quality has deteriorated over the years, from holes in sweaters sent for dry cleaning, to missing buttons, de-hemmed trousers, collar / cuff stains at the time of delivery, you name it, I have seen it all.
