I can't say enough about the awesome customer service I have grown accustomed to with Nu-Yale. I've been taking my dry cleaning here for years and have always been very pleased with the product and service. Yesterday they (Brandon) raised the bar to an entirely new level. I have pick up and delivery service but I am confused. I live at the Harbours in Jeffersonville. I would like to know what days you pick up our stuff? Twice now, I have put stuff in the closet downstairs and when I go to see if it is back, it is still there waiting to get picked up!! I understood it was Mon and Thursday. Pls clarify. Thanks.
