Nu-Yale Cleaners is always friendly, courteous and professional. I take a lot of clothes to the cleaners each week and always have been pleased with the services I receive. Always on time with delivery and quality work. Recently had issues with slight damage to two garments. Nu-Yale recognized issues and quickly address the problems. Always do an outstanding job.
Pick up and delivery are fine but I've been trying for a month to get a button put on a cuff and it comes back each time without it or a note in response to mine. Very frustrating.
