I have always had good service at Nu-Yale cleaners. The outstanding service though makes obvious some minor flaws. Recently, a death in my family required my wife and I to travel out of state. I dropped off her dry cleaning knowing that it would come back in time for her to catch her flight. I was traveling ahead. All of the items returned except for the dress she was to wear to the funeral. It was very upsetting. Apparently the piece was left behind but was listed on the packing list of deliveries. Greetings are always delightful, fast and easy access, quality is always top-notch, all a price point that is considerably cheaper than "you-know-who" up the street.
Always on time. Recleans when necessary (not needed very often) and picks up and delivers as promised.
I love how convenient and efficient the service is and I LOVE the email reminders that my order is ready.
