I have always had good service at Nu-Yale cleaners. The outstanding service though makes obvious some minor flaws. Recently, a death in my family required my wife and I to travel out of state. I dropped off her dry cleaning knowing that it would come back in time for her to catch her flight. I was traveling ahead. All of the items returned except for the dress she was to wear to the funeral. It was very upsetting. Apparently the piece was left behind but was listed on the packing list of deliveries. Hi Daniel, we apologize for the delay. Most items are by next day after 5pm so that was not typical. We are having trouble identifying the dress in our system. Email brandonm@nuyale.com and I will see what we can do about a credit for the cleaning.
