Tailoring came out awesome and In timely manner. I had dropped off 2 dress shirts, a suit and dress pants for dry cleaning on a Monday. The said it would be ready by Wednesday- Wednesday comes around I pick up my dry cleaning. Thank god I checked the dry cleaning- the two shirts were not in there! I had to go back and pick those up. If I had left them until I needed them I would have had no shirts for a wedding! I would recommend keeping all orders together and have them be complete at the same time

We generally promise orders to be ready by 4pm on the day of pick up (2pm on Saturdays). Your dry cleaning items were completed early and were picked up around 11:30am that day. The shirts weren't done until 2:20pm. We should have notified you about the status of the shirts when you picked up the dry cleaning. This place is UNBELIEVABLE!! Definitely my best local "find" since moving to Gloucester in April. When I first visited they were so nice and cheerful telling me about their business and how it works. Next, I needed a shirt done quickly for a wedding - no problem: next day and they sent a message telling me it was done. Their prices are super competitive as well. The place is DRIVE THRU!! Was happy to see the discount on getting bedding cleaned so I could put away warm-weather blankets. Timing was great. Work was done quickly and the methods/solutions don't leave any smell, which is great for someone with sensitivities. The people who work at all 3 locations are always friendly and nice.
