I have said in the past that no matter who is at the counter( and over many years there have been some very engaging hires) they all have a courtesy and helpful disposition. The quality of the work is never in doubt. NorEast is simply the best.

love the drive thru on railroad ave. The girls are great there. Have not had any negative experiences with the quality or service. Just wondering if there is a spot how does the intake person communicate that to the person actually cleaning your garment? Letting them know what it actually is? just curious...

We attach a tag that contains a drawing of the item (pants, sweater, etc.) to the piece and the Customer Service Representative marks where the spot is on this tag. They will also write what the spot is, if the customer knows what it is. This allows anyone who handles the garment to easily identify any areas of concern.
So convenient and the gal that checked us out was wonderful!
