Fast and friendly service
I brought a sweater in to have a hole repaired. I picked it up and when I got home, I looked at it and saw that nothing had been done to repair the hole. Had to drive back and drop it off again. Usually, I have had great experiences at Nor'East but this was not one of them. Not looking forward to having to make another trip to pick up the sweater when it hopefully is finally fixed.
