AS ALWAYS....... pleasant and friendly at drop off. Even with these changing times, the staff is efficient and goes out of their way to please. Garments and other cleaning (slip covers) done perfectly. Always quick turn around. One of my favorite businesses in Gloucester.

Dress was nicely cleaned and pressed. It took a week from pick up to drop off, but I didn’t need it in that time thankfully. I was a little shocked by the cost- about $20 for a sundress. I’ve been using Nor’east for years and don’t recall paying more than $12 for anything other than a down winter coat.
