Your service is impeccable. This is well known. You know it, we all know it. What I am finding difficulty with is in the price fixing.For example: ticket 06-003996, ladies white/blue cotton button front shirt and cuff, and ticket 06-003756, men's blue cotton button front shirt and cuff : @ 2.80 vs. 5.85. Here we have 2 identical cotton shirts excepting for size, yet - the ladies charge is more than double. There are no pleats nor fancy buttons. Items, such as pants, sweaters, sport coats/blazers, are priced the same regardless of the gender. Shirt pricing is set based on the work required to properly clean and press it. This is our first time using your service thanks to the free cleaning offer. Everything was cleaned (and repaired) beautifully and the best part is our clothes do not have that horrible cleaning smell that you get with most dry cleaners. Plus, the convenience of the pickup service could not be any better. We have signed on to become a Nor'east route customer. Best.
