First, I wasn’t told how much pressing would cost, I forgot to ask. Second, delivery was great! Third, I had to send on pair of pants back because they weren’t pressed well. I like the company and have used for years off and on.

For this recent transaction, I was told the order will be available by Monday - dropped off (1 piece of clothing) on a Wednesday - it wasn’t much of a big deal, I understand they may be busy and orders are piling up and I am in no rush. Voila! I got a text today Thursday that my order is ready. I just appreciate the efficiency and the prompt communication they sent out.
Great customer service at Nor east Cleaners!! Great communications as well! Only thing that would make better would be time frame on alterations and sewing.
