I had a top that was damaged by your cleaning process. It was an important piece of clothing as it went with an outfit I have. Heather took it upon herself to make sure it was rectified. It wasn’t an easy solution, but she found one which was impressive. All the girls there really go out of their way to make sure things are right and the customers are satisfied.
