Asked for light starch in shirts and Bermuda shorts. Cloths were returned with wrinkles as if not pressed at all. Very dissatisfied. Very pricey.

Stains were not removed from my shirt as I requested

I just have one issue, why does a woman’s cotton shirt cost so much more than a man’s? I can understand if the shirt is silk,rayon or a combination of materials however if it is all cotton it should be done the same way as a man’s cotton shirt. Cheryl, Thank you for your comments and for a great question! We do not charge based on gender but rather by size. Cotton shirts that button all of the way down the front and fit on the automatic pressers are charged the laundered shirt price. Shirts that are different materials, embellishments, or are too small for the press (mens and ladies tops) are charged the hand pressing price which is more than a shirt on the automatic press but less than a dry cleaned top.
